Denis Aldridge CEO
Denis has been involved with Living Springs over a number of years in varying roles, and is still known to do a shearing demonstration at the Farm Park on occasion! He is always excited by the ongoing development at Living Springs and leads the team with enthusiasm.
John Donaldson Executive Chef and Front House Manager
John has headed up the kitchen team since October 2008 providing Living Springs customers with a wide range of fresh quality food. He has 2 children, Thomas & Lucy and when not in the kitchen would rather be fishing or mountain biking.
Wendy Duggan Business Development Manager
Wendy is married to Paul, and they have 3 adult daughters and 10yr old Hayley. Wendy looks after all marketing, design and media information for Living Springs.
Andrew Hill School Liaison Officer/Accounts/IT
Married to Priscilla they came to Living Springs in July 2008. Andrew is enthusiastic, a team player and an encouraging guy to have around. He organises and helps with Primary School Programmes, Accounts and keeps all the I.T. here humming!

Joseph Aldridge Organisation Development Manager
Growing up at Living Springs has given Joseph a very in-depth knowledge of the camp and the property. Joseph has responsibility in a several areas including communications, the water supply and system, and involvement in programmes.
Nancy Aldridge Event Coordinator
Married to Joseph, Nancy is responsible for getting things done in order to make events run smoothly. These include the Living Springs camps. She works closely with the Camping intern and is also top value when it comes to marketing.
Anna Colombus Park Manager
With a background in conservation and previous experience working for DOC, Anna oversees our pest control programme and co-ordinates all of the revegetation projects as well as the maintenance of all the newly planted areas. She is a keen climber and also works in our programmes team.
Priscilla Hill Adventure/Host
Priscilla is married to Andrew and has 2 adult children, Emma and Kim. She is an integral part of how Living Springs runs. She hosts both schools and weekend community groups, is involved in running primary programmes, and occasional housekeeping.
Harriet Pritchard Housekeeping
Harriet has recently moved to Diamond Harbour and enjoys walking and spending time with her young family. She looks after the invoicing and holiday camp registrations and administration while being a key part of the front office team. Harriet's bubbly personality is infectious and she makes everyone welcome.
Nikki Rhodes Catering Assistant / Farm Park
Nikki divides her time between the kitchen and the Farm Park making a significant contribution to both! Nikki and her husband Peter have 2 adult children Sophie & Olivia at University.
Lois Sinclair Catering Assistant
Lois and her husband Bruce have a grown up family, she is very friendly and makes a magnificent pavlova. Lois is a florist and extremely creative.
Andy Veal Property Maintenance
Andy came to Living Springs in 2011 and his handiwork is seen everywhere, from the macrocarpa coffee tables to the pristine grass. Andy is married to Lynne and when he does have any spare time, spends it with his family and his Harley.
