Living Springs has proved to be a popular conference destination for a variety of reasons. Sometimes the convenience of our location to Christchurch Airport for attendees from New Zealand or further afield.
For others the mystery, serenity and tranquility of the setting at the head of Lyttelton Harbour is the key element for a stay at living Springs. Our staff have a genuine 'can do' attitude, offering ideas and will help to create a conference that utilises the vast array of facilities, equipment and skill available onsite.

Harbour View
In the main building, serviced twin and double rooms are available. Located close to the Harbour View conference room, this level of accommodation is often popular with corporate and community groups staying on-site for their meeting or conference.
Shared/Bunk
As a camping option for schools, music and assorted other large groups, the bunk rooms are ideal. Each ‘bunk house’ has separate rooms with bunks in each, as well as a room with twin beds for parents, teachers or leaders. These bunk houses are warm and comfortable, and located beside the main building.
Bell Bird Heights
Its namesake is the hundreds of Bell Birds in residence who sing each day, with the accommodation set amongst the bush with a view to the harbour. These recently refurbished self-contained units are two bedroom and one bedroom configurations, and a pleasant bunk house attached to a large conference room (with own kitchen) is located nearby.
We have seen honey-mooners overnight here, and the entire Bell Bird Heights area, including the bunk house, is regularly hired for families of wedding parties, and also for family reunions or groups.
