School Camps at Living Springs

Living Springs is a great destination for both adventure filled, outdoor camps or smaller specialist camps. Just 20 minutes drive from Christchurch, we offer fantastic catered meals, 1,100 acres of sheer wilderness ripe for exploration, and all at an affordable price.

Facilities to suit

We have fantastic indoor facilities, both large and intimate well suited to leadership retreats, and specialist camps such as drama groups, music classes, debating teams and photography groups to name a few. And for your adventure camping experience we have dedicated camp sites in the bush and a fantastic range of adrenlin pumping activities including sea kayaking, rock climbing, abseiling and canyoning.

The advantage of being just 20 minutes from Christchurch is that you can maximise your time at camp without having to travel long distances and travel costs are kept to a minimum.

What others have said

"For the past 19 years Living Springs has been the venue that we have used for our Leadership Camps and we have been extremely happy with what the venue offers and the way we can use it.

Living Springs offers a beautiful setting which the students appreciate and respect and is ideal for outdoor initiative and team building activities on the open grassed areas, challenges on the initiative course, leisure time activities (including pool, mono rail, tennis, mini golf and orienteering) and a variety of indoor sessions and workshops.

We highly recommend Living Springs for not only school camp but as a conference venue, youth group camp or even business seminars. You will experience what we have always experienced - a caring environment and a well maintained complex. We love coming back to Living Springs at the beginning of each school year."
