"The amazing views from Living Springs out over Lyttelton Harbour just shouted special occasion. The mix of motel style units, twin rooms and bunk rooms at Living Springs allowed us to meet easily the needs of our 150 guests. ... The food was absolutely superb and the facilities fantastic. ... The team at Living Springs were wonderful to deal with. During the planning stage, they made us very welcome during our "reconnaissance" visits, and answered our queries promptly.   "Several of our wedding guests described the location of our wedding as a "million dollar backdrop". One of our guests saw a New Zealand falcon soaring above us while we exchanged our vows.  Everyone was so impressed by the beauty of the view that surrounded us. Our backdrop was the Lyttelton Harbour and we were surrounded on all sides by the crater rim. Our location was sufficiently distant from buildings as to seem remote, but at the same time it was easy to access by car and essential services like power and water were all close at hand. The staff were very helpful and accomodating, and helped to make our special day truely wonderful. We would recommend Living Springs as a great wedding location to anyone."
